Short Courses and Workshops
All courses and workshops must be prepaid at least 7 days before the start of the course unless an alternative has been agreed with Metal Clay Academy.
If, for any reason, you unable to attend your course you will be entitled to a refund under the following schedule:
- 14 days or more from the start of the course: Full refund or transfer to another course.
7-14 days: Refund of fees less 20% admin fee or transfer to another course.
Less than 7 days but over 48 hours: No refund but can transfer to another course.
Less than 48 hours notice: No refund and no option to transfer to another course.
If Metal Clay Academy cancel the course for whatever reason then you will be entitled to a full refund or have the option to transfer to another course. In addition, you are entitled to a full refund for any tools and materials purchase from Metal Clay Academy as part of a cancelled course provided that they are unused. Unfortunately Metal Clay Academy are not responsible for any expenses you may incur for the course such as accommodation and travel costs.
Diploma and 6/8 Week Certification Courses
If, for any reason, you are unable to start your Diploma or 6/8 Week Certification Course you will be entitled to a refund under the following schedule:
- 14 days or more from the start of the course: Full refund or transfer to another course.
7-14 days: Refund of fees less 20% admin fee or transfer to another course.
Less than 7 days: No refund but can transfer to another course.
If Metal Clay Academy cancel a Diploma or Certification Course session for whatever reason the company will arrange an alternative session. Unfortunately Metal Clay Academy are not responsible for any expenses you may incur for travelling to the session such as accommodation and travel costs.
Tools, materials and clothing:
All products are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee.
If you're not completely satisfied with any product you purchase simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund.
All we ask is that the items are unused and in their original packaging. In addition, we ask that you state the reason for the product return.
Statutory rights are not affected.
